Main dishes. Family meal night. Entrees. No matter what you call it, most of us eat one larger meal per day. That’s what this section is all about. Whether you’re a carnivore, a vegetarian or a vegan, we all have to eat!

 

Looking back, I don’t know how my mother managed to have dinner on the table 7 nights a week for 6 people. But she did, and along the way, I learned the basics of making a

well-rounded meal.

 

I like to keep it simple (mostly) as I work 40 hours a week, have social commitments, a dog to take care of and other “chores and duties of life” that take up a lot of my time. If I’m cooking dinner, I don’t want to be in the kitchen all night. Sure, I eat pre-prepared foods like many folks, but I do love home-cooked meals as you get to control what goes into each dish (there’s that “Adaptable Cooking” again) and generally, they are tastier and healthier.

 

So, join Sean and me as we show you how to make some tasty main courses that are sure to be a hit with your family and friends!
